Sjoerd Andringa
Sjoerd is one of the freshest addition to the Innovation Factory development team. His more than three years Ruby on Rails experience and knowledge of both front end and back end development are a big help to the team. He is also very interested in usability and agile project management and, fortunately for them, Sjoerd is terrible at aiming soft, coloured balls at his colleagues.

In his spare time Lukas really enjoys writing music.
